GLIMP 2MG TABLET is used for the management of Type II diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone does not result in adequate blood sugar control. It contains Glimepiride which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-diabetic agents. It stimulates the pancreas to secrete more insulin (a hormone involved in glucose metabolism).
